satisfaction policy:
We are fully committed to each one of our clients so our client satisfaction is a guarantee. If for some reason, you are completely satisfied, we will work with you until you are! That was easy!

cancellation policy:
We realize that life is not perfect and although we would prefer that you not cancel any appointments, we know this is not possible. In the event that an emergency arises, in-home organizing appointments and coaching appoints may be canceled with at least 24 hours notice. The cancellation must be done through an actual conversation with the organizer. Do not leave a message or send an e-mail and assume the organizer received it. If the appointment is canceled with at least 24 hours notice, the client will not be charge. If the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, a Cancellation Fee of 1-hour's rate may be charged. Mileage will not be charged if the organizer does not drive to the location. If the organizer arrives at the scheduled destination and the client is not present, a No-Show fee of the client's minimum session requirement may be charged. Mileage may also be charged in this situation.

privacy policy:
We are very committed to our clients and realize that we must develop an open, honest and trusting relation with each individual client. At times, we may see very personal information or need to ask personal questions; please know that we will keep your information completely private. We will not share your information with any outside parties. We will not sell or distribute your e-mail address or any other personal information we have.
