SIMPLE time savers:
Here at Organization Made SIMPLE, we are all about finding SIMPLE ways to do every-day jobs. Below you will find several tips to save you time every day of the week!

wake up call:
set your alarm clock 20 minutes earlier...you will most likely be the only one awake in your house and there will be no interruptions like phone calls and unexpected guests. Use this time to schedule your day, pack lunches, clear the kitchen counters, send e-mails, go for a walk or any other task that would normally make the mornings a mad rush. You will be surprised how much you can get done in 20 uninterrupted minutes!

rush-hour traffic:
if you boss allows, go to work a hour earlier or an hour later than normal to beat any rush-hour traffic. This will save you countless hours over the course of a month...and it will probably alleviate a lot of stress too!

use the web:
Now days, you can do almost anything on the internet. Although technology can sometimes be frustrating, it really is a great time-saving tool. Use the web to pay you bills, do you banking, buy postage, schedule appointments, look up information or phone numbers, plan your weekly meals, schedule vacations, find directions and much more. You will not only save tons of time, you will also save money and paper since you won't have to mail you bills or receive paper copies of documents.

avoid long lines:
schedule your trips to the grocery store, the bank, the mall and the drugstore during off-hours (right away in the morning or right after work) to avoid long lines and crowded spaces. If possible, try to limit the amount of shopping you do on Saturday mornings which is normally the busiest time of all.

exercise:
that's right...you can actually save time by exercising on a regular basis! When you exercise or stretch, you get your blood flowing faster which gives you more energy throughout the day...thus increasing your productivity and leaving you more time to do the things you really want to do. Do don't use the excuse that you don't have enough time to exercise...really, you don't have enough time NOT to exercise!

buy in bulk:
this theory obviously doesn't work for everything, but it is very useful for non-perishable foods, paper products, toiletries, gifts and cards. The next time something that you regularly use goes on sale, stock up! You will never have to waste time on last-minute trips to the store and you will save money in the long run.
